Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding technical concerns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer problems.
- Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a BPO or technical support role is a plus, but not required.
