We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager with a strong B2C focus to oversee and refine all external-facing content across multiple marketing functions. This role is critical in ensuring a consistent, professional, and impactful brand voice across Product Marketing, Social Media, Communications, and B2C channels. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to elevate our messaging, serving as the gatekeeper for all written materials targeting partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Partner with marketing and other cross functional teams to develop high quality content for deployment across Coda's corporate and B2C channels. These will include blog posts, LinkedIn captions, copy for infographics and other designed assets
- Editorial Oversight: Review, edit, and proofread content produced by Product Marketing, Social, Communications, People and Talent, and B2C teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals. Provide feedback and recommendations to refine messaging across all channels
- Brand Voice & Strategy: Maintain and evolve a consistent, authoritative brand voice tailored to B2Cand broader audience communications. Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and product launches
- Project Management: Manage the review process for all external-facing content, ensuring timely delivery across various marketing functions. Collaborate with external writers or agencies to scale blog content production as needed
- Industry Insights & Trends: Stay informed on fintech and gaming industry trends to create relevant and forward-thinking B2C content. Use analytics and feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement across platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2C copywriting, editing, or content strategy, preferably within fintech, gaming, or related industries
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing LinkedIn Pages, including content posting, publishing tools (e.g., newsletters, articles, and post formatting), scheduling, and engagement
- Proven ability to adapt content for multiple audiences and platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing practices, analytics, WordPress and AI tools
- Knowledge of gaming is a plus but not required
