Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Quality Compliance:
  • Performs fuel audit on all stations (DOMESTIC) to check accuracy and effectiveness of performance against controls.
  • Coordinates with Fuel Quality & Compliance Auditors for their trip requirement to ensure trip is performed as planned and scheduled.
  • Prepares and monitors approval of Business Travel Authorization (BTA) of Quality Auditors for their Official Business Trips.
  • Monitors the department’s quality performance for AQS, QAED, Safety and Regulatory body compliance requirement in meeting the target on-time closure.
  • Prepares Occupational Safety and Hazard Identification reports.
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned by the Supv.- Fuel Quality Compliance & Training.
  • Fuel Training:
  • Monitors and Updates year-round schedule of In-house and External Trainings.
  • Coordinates with other department training group of the training calendar to help plan year-round training and development needs of Fuel Operations personnel.
  • Determines and Coordinates training requirements of employees.
  • Prepares quarterly and yearly training reports.
  • Coordinates with Trainers to ensure training is given as scheduled.
  • Assists and facilitates training and training needs.
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned by the Supv. - Fuel Quality Compliance & Training.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course with airline related experience
  • Have worked in airline for 6-10 years handling aviation fuel or have experience in laboratory testing of jet fuel.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
