We are looking for motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents under our Telco Billing account.

• Billing Inquiries: Handle inquiries related to customer bills, payment discrepancies, usage charges, adjustments, and account credits.
• Account Management: Assist customers in understanding their billing statements, charges, and fees. Support customers in making changes to their accounts, such as upgrading plans, adding services, or addressing discrepancies.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate billing issues and resolve them effectively by working closely with internal departments. Offer solutions that satisfy customers while maintaining company policies.
• Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment processing, including explaining available payment methods, processing payments, and troubleshooting payment-related issues.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, billing issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system. Ensure that all cases are properly followed up on.
• Customer Retention: Identify and escalate potential issues to management that could result in customer churn. Work towards retaining customers by offering appropriate solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

• At least HS Graduate | Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No experience required but billings & sales experiences is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills
