Who are we looking for?

  • College Level /Undergraduates/ College Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in BPO experience handling billing & collection account.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others 
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • With Billing and Collections experience


Job Description:

  • Build rapport with clients to ensure we are identifying the solution that meets their needs.
  • Guide clients in obtaining mortgages by answering their questions, collecting necessary documents, and verifying information.
  • Advise on the home buying or refinance process, providing exceptional client service along the way.
