Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in billing and at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- The ideal candidate is a college graduate who can efficiently handle customer inquiries and support billing processes.
Key Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least 2 years of BPO experience
- Proven billing experience outside of healthcare accounts
