  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and share best practices.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong Customer Service skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent Problem-Solving skills
