Customer Service Representative 

Starting Monthly Salary: PHP 20,000 and above 

Potential Salary: PHP 41,840.57 with Night Differential + OT Pay

Job Title: (CSR) 

Customer Service Representative (CSR): Office-based, PHP 20,000+, HMO after 6 months, shifting schedules, 24/7 operations, BPO exp. preferred.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, calls, and messaging platforms 
  • Assist in resolving player issues promptly and professionally 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for fast and accurate problem resolution 
  • Provide top-tier service in both English and Filipino 
  • Monitor and help meet team KPIs and service level standards 
  • Extract reports and perform simple data analysis to support decision-making

Requirements

  • 1 –2 years of BPO Experience.  
  • Experience in the gaming or online entertainment industry is a plus 
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting 
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts and rotate monthly between day and night
