Description
- Execute outbound calls to customers using provided script.
- Convince customers to opt into receiving marketing communications.
- Accurately log call outcomes and customer responses.
- Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve future scripts and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration or any related course.
- Preferably with related experience in Customer service, marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge on Thai or Malay is a plus.
- Knowledge on using basic office tools.
