We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team for an exciting 6-month project-based opportunity. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, or individuals looking to build hands-on experience in customer service within a dynamic and supportive environment.


What We Offer:

  • 6-month project-based contract with potential for extension based on performance
  • Hybrid work setup (at least 2 days a week onsite in Taguig)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via chat, email, or phone
  • Address concerns, provide service information, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide customers to solutions
  • Escalate complex concerns to senior team members or other departments
  • Keep accurate records and follow scripts, guidelines, and standard procedures (SOPs)
  • Meet targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, and share feedback to improve service

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and professional attitude
  • Tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to learn new tools quickly with attention to detail
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage time well, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, with a stable internet connection and proper remote work setup
  • Experience is not required— we provide full training for individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and have a positive, can-do attitude
