Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, maintain records, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work or weekend availability.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
