About the Role

At THEOS Cyber, interns are treated and trained as the next generation of cybersecurity talent across various specializations, including engineering, information security, operations and marketing. Interns will learn from top experts in the field, expand their professional networks, and participate in a career-defining experience.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply digital marketing strategies to enhance THEOS Cyber’s brand awareness and thought leadership while also providing executive support to the CEO. Your contributions will directly impact key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to expand our reach in the cybersecurity industry.

You will gain hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, support campaign execution, and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in cybersecurity. You will also assist the CEO with scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination, ensuring operational efficiency at the leadership level. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to marketing strategy, executive operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:

• Social Media Marketing – Plan and execute social media campaigns for THEOS Cyber and THEOS Cybernova on LinkedIn, including campaign design, post creation, community engagement, and performance tracking through analytics reporting.

• Content Creation & Design – Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling visuals, infographics, and promotional materials for social media, campaigns, and brand marketing.

• THEOS Cybernova Promotion – Support promotional efforts by coordinating projects, writing landing page content, and creating graphics for marketing campaigns.

• SEO and Thought Leadership – Optimize thought leadership content for SEO, ensuring consistency with THEOS Cyber’s brand book and messaging.

• Presentation Updates – Assist in updating and refining presentations to maintain a polished and professional look.

• Executive Coordination – Manage CEO scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Project & Task Management – Keep track of key initiatives, follow up on action items, and coordinate across teams as needed.

Core Qualifications:

• Education – Must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Design, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Digital Marketing Interest – Passion for social media, website design, email marketing, and content creation, with strong time management skills.

• Creative & Design Skills – Strong eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling visuals and engaging marketing content.

• Cybersecurity Interest – Willingness to learn about cybersecurity trends and apply them to digital marketing strategies, ensuring content is relevant to the industry and THEOS Cyber’s expertise.

• Adaptability & Analytical Skills – Ability to quickly learn and apply new marketing tools and technologies, analyze data to refine strategies, and adjust approaches based on insights. Open to learning new tools and marketing techniques, especially in the cybersecurity industry.

• Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging content and collaborate across teams.

• Self-Starter & Team Player – Enthusiastic, driven, and confident in articulating THEOS Cyber’s mission.

• Proactive & Willing to Learn – Open to feedback and continuous learning, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Project Coordination – Ability to assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

• Collaboration & Communication – Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and marketing teams. Some experience or willingness to learn about coordinating with external vendors is a plus.

• Creative Problem-Solving – A curious and innovative mindset, open to trying new approaches and improving marketing strategies.

• Marketing Analytics Basics – Interest in tracking social media performance and campaign success. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Builder is a bonus but not required.
