The Sales Representative/ Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Virtuedx products in [specific region/territory], executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. This role requires initiative, consistent engagement with clients and end-user, management of relationships with key clients, and ensuring the region's sales goals are met. The individual is also tasked with identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and provide after-sales support to healthcare professionals.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales objectives.

· Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional society conventions and exhibits.

· Create demand and increase awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

· Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

· Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

· Conduct regular visits and communication with major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Monitor sales activities and provide feedback and guidance to improve sales effectiveness.

· Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.

· Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies and enhance customer outreach.

· Adjust sales tactics to stay competitive and address changing market conditions.

· Manage the territory sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.

· Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and communication across teams.

· Provide feedback to senior leadership on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Deliver products to customers, ensuring proper documentation of receivables, invoices, and collections.

· Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Education & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health courses.

· Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology

· PRC or CSC license holder is a plus

Experience

· At least 2 years’ experience working as a sales representative

· Knowledge of CLIA, Chemistry, and Molecular product lines

Language skills

· Good command of written and spoken English
