·       Preparing Sales Quotation using the HW-SQ Template

·       Coordinating with Operations to obtain the project status and acquire the necessary materials, manpower, tools, equipment, and any other items required for the quotation.

·       Obtain online prices for the materials required for the SQ, if required.

·       Monitoring the timing of site operations

·       Coordinate with the BU Head and Director to check and approve the quotations.

·       Consolidating sales quotations monthly.

·       ERP - Sales Manager: Creation of Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and Sales Invoices.

·       Preparing the Service Report and Delivery Report to be submitted to our client upon completion of the project or delivery.

·       Monitoring and updating the Inquiry List (HW-RFQ).

·       Monitoring, preparing quotations, and reminding Operations of upcoming event bookings.

·       All administrative tasks are necessary and required to contribute to the brand.

• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal
• Organization and time management skills
• Proficient with MS Office products i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
• Diploma or Bachelor in the Engineering field of Building Science and Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Property & Events industry
• With stable internet connection
• Good in reading and analyzing floor plans
• With stable internet (Atleast 50 Mbps)
• With Laptop/Desktop (Atleast i5 Core or Ryzen 5 & 8GB RAM)
• With Headset
• With Camera (can be built in for laptop)
• With Back up during power interruption (if none, willing to have one when hired)
