Description
- Oversaw and managed the operations of franchise locations within a designated area or region.
- Involves ensuring that franchisees comply with company standards, achieving sales targets, and supporting franchisees in optimizing their performance and profitability.
- Serves as the main point of contact between the franchisees and the corporate office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in franchise management, operations, or a similar role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and corporate teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer behavior.
