  5. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
