Role: General Manager

Location: On-site, Quezon City

Employment Type: Full-time

Clinic Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Job Summary:


The General Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, client services, and financial processes of Meraki Esthetique Clinic. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all departments, supports the clinic’s growth, and cultivates a performance-driven and client-centered culture. The GM also acts as the Hiring Manager and leads staff development, scheduling, and internal systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations across surgical, non-surgical, and administrative units
  • Act as Hiring Manager: lead recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of staff
  • Oversee staff schedules, performance reviews, and team coordination
  • Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Manage financial oversight: expenses, payroll, petty cash, and reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering
  • Address escalated client concerns and ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with Clinic Owner on strategy, business development, and clinic initiatives
  • Lead internal meetings, organize trainings, and foster a positive clinic culture
  • Work with the marketing, medical, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaigns and service delivery


Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, general management, or similar leadership roles (clinic or service industry experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Proven skills in team management, recruitment, and process improvement
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a professional and calm demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of finance, HR, inventory, and clinic management systems
  • Familiarity with medical or aesthetic clinic settings is a plus
