Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Accuracy and Completeness: Execute effective procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend control enhancements to mitigate potential weaknesses in the Internal Control System (ICS).
  • Monitor KPIs: Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Execute daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting department, ensuring all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and within set deadlines by Corporate Reporting.
  • Follow Corporate Guidelines: Adhere to Corporate Finance and Accounting Guidelines in all processes.
  • Ensure IFRS Compliance: Ensure all accounting processes comply with IFRS and Corporate Accounting and Finance Guidelines.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and complete financial records, coordinate audits, and oversee reconciliations.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of activities.
  • Error Investigation and Correction: Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Statutory Account Submissions: Ensure all statutory accounts are submitted on time for all companies in scope.
  • Tax Computations: Finalize tax computations for legal entities within the year-end reporting packages.
  • Tax and Statutory Maintenance: Maintain tax and statutory books monthly through respective adjustment entries.
  • Prepare and Analyze Financial Statements: Prepare, review, and analyze statutory financial statements, including notes, and submit them to internal and external parties when required.
  • Team Collaboration and Training: Cooperate with team leaders and senior team members in training and task execution.
  • Assist with Transfer Pricing Reconciliation: Assist in the implementation of the reconciliation of intercompany (IC) transactions for the transfer pricing process for the countries in scope.
