Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ad campaigns, analyzing conversion data, developing compelling ad creatives, and optimizing web content to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate has experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Canva, and content management systems (CMS), along with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop, Execute & Optimize Google & Bing Ads

  • Set up and manage Keyword, DSA, and PMAX campaigns in Google Ads & Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for better performance.

Collect & Analyze Conversion Data

  • Retrieve and analyze conversion data from Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.

Create Image Collages for Facebook Ads (Canva)

  • Design high-quality ad creatives using Canva.
  • Follow brand guidelines and best practices for engagement and conversions.

Content Creation

  • Write and optimize landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Upload and format content using a CMS (e.g., KueezCMS, WordPress).
  • New and optimized ad campaigns (Keyword, DSA, PMAX) for Google & Bing Ads.
  • Properly formatted and uploaded content on CMS (e.g., KueezCMS, WordPress).
  • High-quality image collages designed for Facebook Ads (1080x1080 px).
  • Weekly conversion reports (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).

Requirements

  • 0-3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on content writing and paid digital advertising.
  • Experience in Google Ads & Bing Ads (campaign creation, optimization, analytics).
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for ad creative development.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., KueezCMS, WordPress) for content uploading and formatting.
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and content creation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
