We’re seeking a GTM Lead & Project Manager to drive execution, streamline operations, and keep our agency running at peak efficiency.

? Oversee GTM Projects: Manage multiple outbound and automation projects, ensuring smooth execution across clients and service lines.

? Think Like a Chief of Staff or Agency owner: Proactively identify gaps, improve processes, and hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables.

? Own Budget & Risk Management: Track project costs, manage scope creep, and optimize resources to ensure profitability.

? Prioritize & Execute: Keep backlogs organized, manage competing priorities, and ensure teams are focused on high-impact work.

? Translate Client Needs into Action: Work closely with clients to define clear project scopes and ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.

? Manage Client Expectations: Confidently lead executive-level conversations, set realistic expectations, and push back when necessary.

? Scale Processes & Automations: Implement SOPs, automation tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

? Bridge the Gap Between Tech & Strategy: Understand Clay, GTM automations, and outbound workflows—facilitating communication between GTM Engineers and Clay Operators.

? Collaborate on GTM Innovation: Regularly connect with GTM Engineers to discuss new strategies, automation approaches, and workflow optimizations to keep our systems ahead of the curve.

? Hire & Develop GTM Engineers: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new GTM Engineers, ensuring the team is equipped with top-tier talent to support growth.

✅ Agency Experience: You’ve worked in a digital agency, handling multiple projects and clients at once.

✅ Strategic Mindset: You operate like a Chief of Staff or Agency owner—always thinking ahead, optimizing processes, and keeping everything aligned with business objectives.

✅ Project Management Expertise: You’re a pro at backlog management, Agile/Kanban workflows, and keeping execution on track.

✅ Financial & Risk Oversight: You can track budgets, forecast resource needs, and manage scope to ensure profitability.

✅ Client-Facing Skills: You’re comfortable leading high-level conversations, negotiating priorities, and delivering business value.

✅ Tech-Savvy: You don’t need to be a developer, but you should understand Clay, outbound automation, and project management tools (Instantly.ai, ClickUp, HeyReach Trigify, Smartlead, etc.), and sales workflows.

? Rate: $1,500-2k USD per month + lifetime recurring commission per project (You’re not just going to be a contractor or an employee; you’ll have a stake in the agency’s success)
