Description

The HR and Admin Assistant provides essential support to the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. The role involves handling a variety of tasks, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, organizing training sessions, and maintaining office operations. The assistant also helps ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

 

  • Assist with day-to-day HR and Administrative operations
  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leaves, and 201 management
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documents and setting up workstations
  • Organize and coordinate HR programs, meetings, and other HR-related events
  • Assist with tasks such as inventory and maintaining supplies, updating of all Admin records (all monthly consumption billing, vehicle policy, insurance and renewal, etc.), organizing files, and office requests
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and performance evaluations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior

Requirements

  1. Preferably college graduate with relative experience; experience in HR is an advantage
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Job portals
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
