Description
- Support daily HR operations and functions.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support HR initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, typically 9 AM to 5 PM, with team collaboration.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with a passion for HR.
