Support recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, employee relations expertise, payroll knowledge, coaching abilities, and leadership development.
