Description

Oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring that HR processes are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals. This role supports employee relations, recruitment, training and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • With 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Good in problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
