Description

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of HR management or supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication (both written and verbal), leadership development, compensation and benefits expertise, social recruitment, people management, and candidate screening skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment; may require occasional travel for recruitment or training.
  • Qualities and Traits: Effective communicator, strong leadership abilities, approachable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
