Description
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (Malaysian Based Candidates Only)
The Human Resource Officer will play a pivotal role in handling talent acquisition and team supervision overseeing all aspects of HR and Operations within an organization, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and team management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and contributing to strategic planning and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and maintain company policies.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs.
Manage employee performance and provide feedback.
Promote employee growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Strategic Planning:
Consult with senior management on HR strategy.
Contribute to organizational goals and objectives.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Team Management:
Ensure operational efficiency within the organization.
Monitor team member's performance ensuring they are meeting the SLA and KPIs.
Requirements
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and team and client management
HR Office is expected to handle tasks between HR, Talent Acquisition and Team Management
*This role will solely focus on hiring at 30% and supervising the operations team at 70%*
Closely work with the managing owner and managing partner of the company to meet hiring and operational demands
Must be tough and logical, detail oriented, flexible and resilient
Must be reliable, committed, can problem solve on their own, resource and can quickly adapt
Managing owner and managing partner is based in Australia, timezone must be followed in terms of work hours (Mon-Fri, 10am - 7pm Melbourne)
Position is on a remote setup, full time
Standard computer requirements:
At least 16GB RAM, Core i5, Win11
A backup computer with 8-16GB RAM, Core i5, Win11
A stable internet connection with a running speed of at least 50-100Mbps
A noise-cancelling headset, a clear webcam for video conferencing
