  • Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee records, support payroll processing, and facilitate talent acquisition.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Administer benefits and payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct training and professional development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare reports.
  • Assist with performance management and reviews.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, payroll, and talent management; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
