Human resources are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Account handling
• End-to-end recruitment process

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
• With good communication skills and Attention to details
• Must have Driver's License
• Area's for deployment: Dela Paz, Pasig
