Description

Employee Record Management:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical files and HR databases. 


Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding activities, and conducting new employee orientations. 


Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee attendance and leave, and supporting benefits administration. 


Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and escalating issues to the appropriate HR staff as needed. 


Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 


General HR Support:

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing HR correspondence. 


Maintaining Confidentiality:

  • Handling sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. 

Requirements

 strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
