Description

As an International Sales Manager at Eton Properties Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international client accounts, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth in key overseas markets. This full-time, office-based role is located in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, policies, and processes to optimize the sale of residential units in international markets, ensuring alignment with business targets

  • Initiate, oversee, and optimize lead-generation activities to expand the company’s customer base and maximize sales opportunities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving team performance, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and international stakeholders to strengthen brand loyalty and drive repeat business

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales trends, and implement strategic adjustments to enhance team effectiveness and revenue growth

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the international sales team, ensuring goal alignment, performance accountability, and continuous professional development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-impact sales campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and promotional materials that enhance brand visibility and engagement

  • Plan and oversee international sales expos, investment forums, networking events, and community engagements that promote company projects and attract international buyers

  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

What we're looking for

  • 3 years of experience in international sales, account management, or business development

  • With US, Dubai, Australia, Japan Visa

  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools

  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events

  • Candidates with valid visas for different countries are preferred
