Primary focus

• Monitor performance data monitoring
• Ensure performance data monitoring is done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Monitor compliance to completion of performance management documents
• Verify that performance management files are correct and complete
• Identify top 10% for incentive awarding
• Identify bottom 10% for PIP enrolment
• Ensure that all performance management documents are submitted on time
• Improving workflow
• Recommending future modifications for performance management
• Communicating operational achievements
• Automating reporting structures
• Leading projects
• Evaluating data

• Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery;
• Ensure workflows and processes are implemented and followed;
• Participate in the CAR investigation;
• Participate in client meetings if needed;
• Grasp every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation;
• Complete any adhoc tasks assigned by site management
• Automate reporting structures
• Spearhead employee engagement activities by Operations
