- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required; however, vocational training in woodworking or manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in machine operation, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate panel saw and edge bander; familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate machines, maintain equipment, ensure production quality, and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Working Conditions: Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, team-oriented, reliable, and capable of following instructions.
