Job Description

  • Operate and maintain machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Document production processes and report issues promptly.


  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in operating press machines.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting press machines, attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Set up and operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain equipment.
  • Working Conditions: Some exposure to noise, machinery, and possible lifting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
