Our partner is a leading Australian business specializing in over-50s lifestyle communities, holiday parks, and mixed-use caravan parks. Established in 2006, they have expanded to operate over 20 lifestyle villages across multiple states, offering affordable, high-quality living solutions. In 2017, they ventured into the tourism sector and now manage numerous holiday parks across Australia and New Zealand. With a strong focus on innovation and community living, they continue to enhance the residential and holiday experience for thousands of people.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development & Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to automate business processes.
  • Implement Power Automate workflows to integrate and streamline business functions.
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time data insights.
  • Support and troubleshoot Power Platform applications and integrations.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, and workflows.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions and access control to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Support migration projects and ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation using Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Implement security policies, data governance, and compliance measures within Power Platform and SharePoint.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site customization, workflows, and security.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
  • Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
