Description
- Recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews
- Onboarding: Plan and facilitate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Employee records: Maintain employee databases, including attendance, leaves, and compensation and benefits
- Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Benefits: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and process benefit enrollments
- Policies: Assist the HR manager with formulating policies and procedures, and communicate updates to employees
- Employee relations: Address employee concerns and help foster positive relationships within the workplace
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and maintain compliance records
- Events: Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications
- Communication: Maintain the departmental email account, respond to employee questions and complaints, and ensure smooth communication with employees
- Reports: Generate reports as needed, and write and submit reports on general HR activities
Requirements
- Must have good communication skills.
- Can work with the team.
- Preferably residing at Novaliches Quezon City.
