Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PPP Legal Consultant at Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Metro Manila with the option for some work from home. The consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, preparing legal documents, and resolving legal issues related to public-private partnerships.

Qualifications

• Law and Legal Issues skills
• Legal Document Preparation and Legal Assistance skills
• Experience in providing legal advice for public-private partnerships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Experience in international development projects is a plus
• LL.M degree or equivalent in Law or related field
