Location: Onsite – Parañaque, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage the bidding and negotiation process to secure competitive pricing and quality materials/services.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget guidelines.
  • Oversee and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in marketing, IT, or construction management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Parańaque, Philippines.
