- Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information and assistance to clients.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or current students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong analytical skills.
