Description
- Create and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Actively source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
