- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and manage cost control procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evenings and weekends required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the food industry.
