Description
- Customer Interaction and Sales:
- Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and offer advice on suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, features, and benefits of vehicles.
- Conduct test drives with customers and assist them in assessing the vehicle’s suitability.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate the features of the cars and highlight key selling points, such as fuel efficiency, safety features, and technology.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from the initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Assist customers with financing and leasing options and explain the terms and conditions of deals.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate prices, and manage all aspects of the sales agreement.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including sales contracts, warranties, and vehicle registration.
- Ensure the sales process runs smoothly, including preparing vehicles for delivery and finalizing payment transactions.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable car-buying experience.
- Provide post-sale support, such as answering customer queries, arranging vehicle servicing, and assisting with any concerns or issues.
- Maintain regular contact with past clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and goals set by the sales manager or dealership.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay informed about the latest models, features, and technological advancements in the automotive industry.
- Keep up to date with pricing and promotional offers to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Attend product training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Showroom and Inventory Management:
- Assist with the presentation of vehicles in the showroom, ensuring that cars are clean, well-maintained, and displayed properly.
- Keep track of inventory levels and alert management when stock levels are low.
- Coordinate with the service department for vehicle preparations and maintenance before delivery.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, sales progress, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining CRM systems.
- Market and Competitor Awareness:
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ offerings, and industry developments to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Suggest improvements or changes to sales strategies based on customer feedback and market conditions.
