The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role includes product demonstration, test drives, negotiation, and follow-up with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle models
• Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and insurance options
• Prepare and process all necessary documents for sales transactions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, or showroom visits
• Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, features, and market trends
• Coordinate with other departments such as finance and service for smooth customer transactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Proven experience in automotive sales or related field is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a strong sales drive
• Knowledgeable about vehicle features, financing, and insurance
• Must be results-oriented and goal-driven
• With a valid driver’s license is a plus
