Prepare and review accurate financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS);
Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing;
Lead coordination with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion;
Manage tax compliance including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory filings;
Prepare regular management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions;
Ensure full compliance with government reporting obligations (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.);
Participate in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.

Must be a duly licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines;
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience; background in audit firms or large enterprises is a plus;
Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; experience with Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or Netsuite is preferred;
Solid knowledge of Philippine taxation laws and regulations;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
