We're Hiring: Senior Systems Engineer - IT Services

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT Services Support & Operations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure IT service availability
• Implement system upgrades and technology migrations
• Maintain network architecture, security, and redundancy
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management and Audit teams
• Support Incident Management and IT service continuity

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT experience & 3 years in networking
• Strong expertise in network systems, database administration, and system management
• Hands-on experience with Cisco devices, routers, and switches
• Ability to read and create network diagrams
• CCNA certification required (expired CCNA accepted with relevant experience)
• Willing to work in shifting schedules (US shifts) and onsite in Clark Pampanga
• Immediate start preferred
