The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a friendly and professional manner. This role plays a key part in ensuring a pleasant dining experience by attending to customer needs, taking orders accurately, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

• Greet guests and present menus
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve orders in a timely and courteous manner
• Respond to guest inquiries or concerns professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Clean tables and reset for the next guests
• Process bills and handle payments
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Friendly, positive attitude and a professional appearance
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
