Summary


  • Lead the membership team to represent and promote Landers Superstore to boost our member count and develop sales/marketing strategies to reach our goals.


Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership and direction to the membership/sales team, including the Membership Supervisor, Sales executives, and membership clerks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase membership enrollment through various channels, including in-store promotions, community outreach, and digital marketing.
  • Implement programs and initiatives to retain existing members, including loyalty programs, member-exclusive events, and personalized communication.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall member experience.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Provide training, support, and performance feedback to the membership team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to align membership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on membership metrics, performance, and initiatives to senior management.
  • Visit business establishments and submit proposals to promote the company and attract new members.
  • Set up booths in different subdivisions or villages and invite non-members to visit the store.
  • Ensure proper grooming standards, uniform compliance, and courtesy towards members, fellow employees, and company officers. Provide training and skills development to subordinates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.


Qualifications


  • College graduate of any 4 year course.
  • At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills; computer literate.
  • Decisive, self-motivated, goal/result and people oriented.
