YOUR ROLEAs a Recruitment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our hiring processes through efficient system management, data-driven insights, and process improvements. You will support end-to-end recruitment operations, ensure seamless system functionality, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our Talent Acquisition team.


Your Impact



  • Manage & optimize our Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless user experience.

  • Generate & analyze recruitment reports to provide insights that improve hiring strategies and operational effectiveness.

  • Support interview scheduling & candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and coordination.

  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with IT or vendors for resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, audit requirements, and data integrity best practices.

  • Streamline processes & improve efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation or enhancements.

  • Collaborate with recruiters & hiring managers to enhance system adoption and drive operational excellence.

  • Assist in training & documentation, creating resources to support recruiter enablement and Greenhouse best practices.


Your Experience



  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Technology, or Talent Acquisition Support.

  • Strong ATS management experience (Greenhouse preferred) with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.

  • Experience in recruitment reporting & analytics, with proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel), and BI (Tableau) tools.

  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, documentation, and process standardization.

  • Agile, collaborative, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: Experience with automation tools or HRIS integrations.
