Overview:

Were looking for a sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire top talent. You'll manage job ads, source candidates, and support interviews and onboarding.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: 5 Lapanday Road Buhangin Buhangin District 8000 City Of Davao.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

Draft job descriptions and manage job postings
Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and referrals
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and track pipeline status
Support onboarding logistics and documentation

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in recruitment or HR
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
