Description

  • Assisting in financial reporting, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements.
  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team with audits and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with accounting software, strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may occasionally require overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, strong communication abilities, proactive problem-solver.
