• Coordinate with administrative staff/secretaries of other divisions for any joint meetings or other activities
• Write, collect, organize, and edit written documents such as letters, reports, and manuals
• Prepare tickets and accommodations for work activities or office visits
• Ensure the supply of office stationery
• Manipulate statistical data, typically required when demanded by superiors or in urgent situations
• Prepare memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other similar documents as needed
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Answer phone calls and greet visiting guests

• Age 19-35 years
• Minimum High School graduate/equivalent
• Must have a smartphone and data plan
